About Martha
Martha graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA (Hons) in Law and is a solicitor registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
Martha specialises in Visa, Immigration, and International Human Rights law, where she supports individuals, families, and businesses with complex and sensitive legal matters. She has a strong understanding of UK immigration rules, human rights frameworks, and the practical challenges faced by clients navigating the legal system.
Known for her professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, Martha is a highly valued solicitor within the Fard Solicitors team. She is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients and plays an important role in strengthening the firm’s immigration and human rights practice.
Outside of work, Martha volunteers across a number of community projects, sings in a gospel choir, enjoys travelling, and is an avid Chelsea fan — “Go Blues!”
